Taste
Clear color of a straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose is intense and rather complex, with fruity notes of apple and magnolia flowers.
In the mouth it is dry, fresh and sapid, quite soft and of good structure. It is a balanced wine, with a good persistence and intensity.

Bruschetta with fresh tomatoes.

Levitate chardonnay white: intense straw yellow in colour, fairly consistent wine, with a natural effervescence, with a fairly large and persistent fine grain, which enhances its natural varietal scents such as pineapple, golden apple and chamomile. On the palate it is balanced and lively with a freshness supported by an accentuated minerality.
