Tasting Notes
The Jonico is a red of negroamaro grapes with a ruby red color and a good consistency.
On the nose the typical hints of Negroamaro, such as blackberry, violet and sour cherry in alcohol.
You can recognize light hints of wood, typical of the short aging in barriques of 2^ and 3^ hands.
The wine on the palate is quite fresh and persuasive with strong tannins, without being aggressive or lapping. Ideal for the whole meal.
