Tasting Notes
Symbol of Salento, a garnet red wine with subtle ruby reflections.
The nose is intense and complex, the aromas are the typical hints of blackberry and plum, accompanied by spicy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg and hints of balsamic and leather.
The taste is dry and warm, quite tannic and savory. In its entirety it is a wine with good structure, balanced and intense with good persistence.
