Tasting Notes
A 100% primitive red with a purple red color and a strong shade of ruby red.
To the nose you immediately notice its varietal origin, in fact plum, cherries, raspberries and light spicy and toasted notes are well present.
On tasting its natural softness is immediately perceived, integrated and supported by noble tannins deriving from aging in second hand barriques. Well suited with meat.
