The Tripiedi Fiano from Cantina Fiorentino is based onFiano 100% A bright yellow wine with greenish hues. The nose expresses many scents, ranging from citrus to exotic fruits, to light floral sensations (magnolia) and vanilla. The mouthfeel is savory, fresh and mineral with very light wood notes. Food pairing: fish or meat first courses, fish of high gastronomy, white meats and semi-aged cheeses.
