Tasting Notes
Cavallerizza is a sparkling wine obtained from the refermentation in autoclave of Falanghina grapes harvested in the days preceding August 15th.
It recalls intense hints of fruit: pear and apple with a hint of quince. In the mouth it is full and complex, with a very fresh note. Wine that goes well with aperitifs and appetizers based on shellfish and seafood.
