DOC Galatina Rosato has coral pink shades typical of traditional Salento rosé wines. The nose is complex, with floral and fruity notes of rose and pomegranate.
In the mouth it is very fresh and savory, balanced and harmonious. Excellent pairing with Mediterranean dishes based on tomatoes
